Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Site/Store, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and all referenced policies (Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Returns Policy, etc.). If you do not agree, do not use the Site/Store.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 to use the Site and 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase. You confirm you have authority to bind any entity on whose behalf you use the Site/Store.
Accounts
You may browse as a guest. Creating an account requires accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activities under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- break the law or violate third-party rights;
- upload malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with security;
- scrape, crawl, or use automated means without written permission;

You grant Ragnarok a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display content you submit for the purposes of operating and improving the Site/Store (including marketing our products). You represent you have rights to the content. We may remove content at our discretion.
Intellectual Property
The Site, products, images, text, logos, and software are owned by Ragnarok or our licensors and protected by IP laws. Except for the rights expressly granted, no license is implied. You may not use our trademarks without written permission.

Ordering & Contract Formation
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or reject any order. A contract forms when we send an Order Confirmation email. If an item is unavailable or priced incorrectly, we may cancel and refund.
Pricing, Taxes, and Currency
Prices are shown in [currency] and include/exclude VAT as indicated. You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, and import fees not collected at checkout.
Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (e.g., Stripe/PayPal/WooPayments/Bank transfer). Card/bank details are processed by the payment provider; we do not store full card numbers. We may use automated tools for fraud screening.
Shipping, Risk & Title
We ship to the destinations shown at checkout using the selected carrier. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery (or to the carrier if you arrange your own shipping). Title passes when we receive full payment.
Delivery Times
Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control (carrier issues, customs, force majeure).
Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Consumers)
If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from a distance purchase without giving a reason, except for:
- custom-made or clearly personalized items;
- sealed goods not suitable for return for health/hygiene once unsealed;
- services fully performed with your prior consent;
- digital content not on a tangible medium once download/streaming begins with your prior consent and acknowledgment of losing the right to withdraw.
To exercise, notify us within 14 days, then return the goods within 14 days of notice. You bear direct return costs unless we state otherwise. We refund the product price and the standard delivery cost (if any) within 14 days of receipt of the return or proof of return, using your original payment method. We may deduct diminished value caused by unnecessary handling.
“Returns/Withdrawals” instructions and address:

Receive RMA and instructions.
Pack securely in the original box and over-box where possible. Remove old labels.
Include the RMA slip inside and the RMA number on the outer box.

Returns, Exchanges & RMA
Our Returns Policy applies in addition to statutory rights. Obtain an RMA before returning items. Returned items must be in resalable condition with all accessories unless faulty.
Warranty & Conformity
For consumers in the EU/EEA, goods benefit from the statutory conformity guarantee. If a product is faulty or not as described, contact us. We may repair, replace, or refund as required by law. Commercial buyers receive the warranty stated on the product page/in documentation.
Installation, Use & Modifications
Unless we state otherwise, products are provided as components for professional use. Improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modification may void warranties and create safety risks.
Software, Firmware & Open Source
Software/firmware is licensed, not sold, under the license accompanying it. Open-source components are governed by their licenses. Where we provide beta/preview software, it is AS IS and may be changed or withdrawn.
Promotions & Coupons
Promotions are subject to their terms and may be withdrawn. Coupons are single-use unless stated, non-transferable, and have no cash value.
Pre-orders
Pre-order dates are estimates. We may delay or cancel with a refund if we cannot fulfill. You can cancel for a full refund before shipment.
Business/Institutional Purchases
If you purchase on behalf of a business, you warrant authority to bind the entity. To the fullest extent permitted by law, consumer-specific rights do not apply to business purchasers.
Disclaimers
Except for specific product warranties and mandatory legal rights, the Site and its content are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ragnarok and its affiliates will not be liable for (a) indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or (b) any amount exceeding the greater of €100 or the amounts you paid to us for the product/service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the event. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be limited under law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site/Store, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for suspected breach, fraud, security risks, or legal compliance. You may close your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., IP, warranties, disclaimers, limitations, indemnity) will survive termination.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted. Material changes may be notified by email or banner. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of Tallinn/Harju County have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers may bring claims in their country of residence where required by mandatory law.
Miscellaneous
- Severability. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
- No waiver. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
- Assignment. You may not assign without our consent; we may assign as part of a reorganization or sale.
- Entire agreement. These Terms plus referenced policies are the entire agreement for Site/Store use.
- Language. We provide these Terms in English. Translations are for convenience only.
